Launched in January 2023, AJT Dance are delighted to offer classes for both young people and adults with classes based in Shavington and Hough. Focusing on Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Street, Singing, Musical Theatre, Drama and Fitness we aim for our classes to ignite a passion for dance and performance but also enable regular exercise and interaction with others. Our preschool sessions are also an ideal way for parents to meet other parents with young children. Dancers will have the chance to perform their work regularly and gain ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) qualifications if desired.
Having danced herself since the age of 4 and taught dance for many years, Faye founded AJT Events in 2018 with the aim of offering welcoming and supportive dance festivals for performers in the North West. We pride ourselves in our strong organisation of events and endeavour for every single competitor to leave our competitions having had a positive experience. Now in our 9th year AJT Events offer one to three festivals annually. Events offer the opportunity to compete whether you are a new performer or seasoned professional with both Novice and Open sections in our competitions.
